Our clients will have unparalleled access to two of the industry’s most respected firms: Livework, a global pioneer of service design in Europe and South America, and Harmonic Design, a leader recognised for its outcome-oriented approaches that have advanced the impact of service design in North America and beyond.
This partnership has emerged from nearly three years of collaboration. Initially, we came together as like-minded independent design teams, with a strong connection among founders Patrick Quattlebaum and Ben Reason. Our first collaboration was to curate and deliver two Advancing Service Design conferences with Rosenfeld Media. We learned that we see the same potential for service design as an invaluable change approach for businesses and public institutions.
Last year, we started working together on projects and winning new business. We have seen that combining our experience and capabilities enhances our ability to guide clients from vision through delivery, governance, and culture enhancement. More importantly, we know our partnership will equip our clients to create and embrace change, making the resulting impact sustainable and resistant to internal friction.
