My career as a strategic service designer began from a desire to solve complex problems. I pursued my fierce sense of curiosity and the need to understand how systems ‘work’, why sometimes they don’t, and how best to fix them.
Throughout my design career I’ve worked with clients across a range of industries, on an even wider realm of problems. From technical process in the finance sector to automation on remote mining sites, from live fashion events to shipping and supply chain issues. I thrive in ambiguity and complexity.
Bringing human-centred empathy to solutions and focusing on impact is where I see my purpose.
I am a strategic thinker focused on human-centred solutions. I think of myself as a bridge-maker; bridging strategy to delivery through service blueprinting and systems thinking. With a background in visual communication, I have the unique ability to span multiple orders of design to connect dots between business objectives, customer needs and creative solutions.
