I hold a BA in Creative Industries from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Master’s in Design from the Oslo School of Architecture and Design. Before joining Livework, I worked at Policy Lab UK, helping teams across the UK government develop more human-centered policy. Prior to that, I worked at Bruce Mau Design, using research and communications to help organizations articulate who they are and what they do.
With experiences spanning strategy, design, and public innovation, I bring an interdisciplinary perspective to service design. I approach my work with curiosity and humility—eager to learn from others and thoughtful about the value of alternative perspectives.
As a designer, I move between the analytical and the generative. I find joy in asking questions, finding patterns, and digging into thorny challenges. I find fulfillment in translating this understanding into ideas and opportunities to improve how people live and work.
