I am an experienced design researcher and service designer who works at the intersection of research, design and systems thinking. I have a background in delivering human-centered research and design projects across Government, Telecommunications, NFPs and Consumer Goods. With a Bachelor’s degree in both Psychology and Marketing, I bring a deep curiosity about how people think, feel and behave and a strong belief that exceptional experiences begin with truly understanding human needs.
Grounded in a trauma-informed and empathetic approach, I facilitate research and design spaces that prioritise psychological safety, inclusion and accessibility. This enables me to uncover deeper needs, align multidisciplinary teams and support the creation of services and experiences that are both thoughtful and practical.
I am a design researcher and service designer with a strong interest in trauma-informed practice. With experience across both public and private sectors, I enjoy uncovering the systemic dynamics behind how services are experienced and supporting teams to design more humane, considered responses.
