I’m a service and social designer specialising in public sector innovation, policy design and systemic change. I bring experience from both government and agency settings in the Netherlands and Finland, supported by a Master’s in Collaborative and Industrial Design from Aalto University. My work focuses on multi-stakeholder collaboration, citizen participation and organisational learning – often in complex policy and service contexts.
I enjoy building bridges between the lived experiences of citizens and communities and the organisational realities of service providers and policymakers. My design approach is collaborative from day one: working closely with clients and teams to uncover insights, explore possibilities and ensure new practices can truly take root within organisations. For me, a project thrives when insight and action go hand in hand – evolving together towards change that is both lived and lasting.
At Livework, I bring curiosity, care and systemic thinking to multi-stakeholder challenges, always working side-by-side with clients to turn understanding into meaningful interventions.
Outside of work, I run Sewcialise, a creative initiative where I turn industrial textile waste into new garments and teach others to sew and repair. My dream is to one day lead a professional project in this domain – but for now, I’m happy contributing to change one stitch at a time.
I’m a service and social designer specialising in public sector innovation, policy design and systemic change. Drawing on experience in government and agency settings in the Netherlands and Finland, I help organisations navigate complexity and co-create human-centred interventions. I’m at my best when connecting the bigger picture to the everyday realities of citizens, communities and service providers.
