During my graduation project for my masters Strategic Product Design at the TU Delft, I experienced the value of a systemic approach in design, which can also be applied to service design. Focusing on the relationships between people and other actors within a system is, in my opinion, where the most value can be found, and where service designers are well-equipped to excel.
At Livework, I get the opportunity to apply this knowledge. To be curious and explore both familiar and new domains, in order to help clients with the ever more complex challenges they face.
As a service designer at Livework, I approach my work with openness and curiosity, engaging in conversations to get to the heart of the challenge. I seamlessly switch between practical details and the bigger picture, relying on a combination of sharp analysis and creativity.
