With an academic background in International Relations and Sustainability, i’ve always been curious about systems – What makes up a system? What keeps it going? Where is it breaking down?
I love working with organisations to understand their ecosystem – whether it is uncovering a customer segment, spotting new areas for innovation or optimising the way they work.
I’ve spent the last five years as a service designer, building design capability, building a deep understanding of customers and envisioning new experiences at all sorts of organisations – large financial regulators, to energy companies and universities.
I find the most rewarding part of my work is finding better ways to meaningfully engage with people through design, ensuring they get to shape the policies, services and environments around them.
As a designer, i work with organisations to understand their services, the people they serve and the ecosystem that surrounds them. I’m at my best when working through systemic challenges that demand fresh thinking – surfacing new perspectives, finding clarity, making the complex feel simple, and charting a clear path forward.
