As Design Director I lead our efforts to ensure that design quality, impact, and execution standards are consistently high across our projects. I work closely with our teams and clients to bridge strategic vision with delivery discipline, helping turn great ideas into well-crafted, effective services. My focus is on nurturing a strong design culture, supporting our people, and continuously evolving our ways of working to meet the challenges our clients face.
