We are delighted to announce that Livework has officially merged the European and Brazilian
operations into one single organisation. This marks a significant milestone in our journey to deliver

The completion of this merger brings together the best of both teams: the deep local insights, creativity and
digital capabilities of Livework São Paulo with Livework London’s and Rotterdam’s experience in
transforming corporations and government into customer-centric organisations. By combining our
strengths, we’ll be able to offer a richer portfolio of services, accelerate innovation for our clients, and
deepen our presence throughout the globe.

Our Brazilian journey began in 2010, as we decided to share a brand based on trust and shared values across
the Atlantic. This gut decision paid off with collaboration and a rare vision alignment becoming stronger
over the years. Our ambition to create local businesses has become a truly global service design consultancy.

Livework São Paulo works with Brazil’s most important organisations on their innovation and
customer-centric ambitions. With a strong presence in the financial and healthcare industries, the Brazilian
operation has delivered value for clients like Itaú Bank, Nubank, Liberty, Ab Inbev, Natura, Latam Airlines,
among others. The studio has been headed by Luis Alt since its opening, joined by Adriana Oppenheim,
Cássia Cunha and Gustavo Vieira as directors over the years. In this new stage, Gustavo Vieira will take over
as General Manager in the São Paulo studio, while Luis Alt will take a global role to innovate Livework’s
offerings and support global expansion.
