Graduated in Business Administration with specialization in Service Design, Postgraduate in Strategic Design and Innovation and Master in UX and Transcendental Leadership, I work as Managing Partner and Design Lead, mainly in research projects of Design, Service Design, Innovation Trails and Development of Design and Innovation Competencies in different teams.
Acting as one of Liveworks Partners Directors, Gustavo also participates in the projects as a Design Lead. Graduated in Business Administration with a Specialization in Service Design and Post Graduate in Strategic Design and Innovation, he is also a Master in UX by the Nielsen Norman Group and has Certification in Change Management. Enthusiastic about Leadership, Transcendence and Spirituality in Companies, he believes in the evolution of User-Centered Design to a Systems-Centered approach and in the role and responsibility of companies in promoting changes connected with Sustainable Futures.
