My role within Livework is to ensure that our Liveworkers have the essentials to guarantee their deliveries. I like the term EX (employee experience) when looking at its actual concepts. I believe that for a workplace to be considered good, it is necessary to have well-defined agreements, empathy with others, clarity in results and clearer processes.
Studying Business Administration, certified in Fundamentals of the General Data Protection Law by CertiProf, Matheus is also certified in Design Thinking by Centro Paula Souza. His vision focused on processes, people and automation helps the team to constantly evolve and seek operational excellence.
